Draw For A Dream

Draw For A Dream

Six-year-old Kaylinh lives in Western PA and is a proud Vietnamese-American. In December 2025, while listening to the Y108 “Country Cares for St. Jude Kids Radiothon,” Kaylinh noticed something unusual - grown-ups crying. When she asked why, she learned about childhood cancer—and her pure heart broke - it just wasn’t fair.

Kaylinh believes childhood should be simple:

“A kid’s job should be to be cute, to be funny, to go to school, to play with friends, and to hope that their parents say yes to ice cream after dinner… not to be wishing to feel better.”

After battling her own four-day high fever from the flu, Kaylinh made a connection. She asked if she could help the kids at St. Jude by drawing for them, hoping her art would make them feel less sad.

That was the birth of Draw For A Dream. When asked about her goal, Kaylinh responded with beautiful childhood logic: “I know 100 is a lot and 1,000 is a lot more… so maybe 100,000!” At six, she doesn’t quite grasp exactly the weight of $100,000, but she knows it’s a number big enough to help a lot of kids - and that’s what matters.

How It Works

We believe in 100% transparency.

Direct Impact: Every donation made through Kaylinh’s St. Jude Page or her BetterWorld Auction goes directly to the hospital. No funds ever touch our hands.

The Reward: Contributors receive an original drawing by Kaylinh, complete with a Certificate of Authenticity stamped with the official Draw For A Dream embossed seal.

Our Commitment: We personally cover all shipping and expenses to ensure every penny you give goes to lifesaving work.

Real Kid Art, Real Impact

Kaylinh is not a child prodigy or a famous influencer. Her drawings are pure 6-year-old magic: colorful, joyful, whimsical, and full of imagination.

Our mission is to show the world that you don’t need need fame, fancy tools, or perfection to make a difference. With just paper and crayons (mostly broken), Kaylinh is proving that the willingness to make one child less sad is enough. We hope her story inspires your kids to find their “thing” and change the world.

Be resourceful. Dream big. Draw your difference.
